Terms of Service

OrionEdge Digital is a creative digital services agency offering web development, branding, content writing, video editing, animation, graphic design, Shopify virtual assistance, photography, and digital marketing services globally.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

We offer digital solutions tailored to clients’ needs, including but not limited to:

• Custom Website Development
• Video Editing & Animation
• Graphic Design & Digital Art
• SEO & Marketing Strategy
• Photography & Branding
• Shopify Store Setup & Maintenance

Deliverables are clearly defined in project contracts or proposals and may vary in time, cost, and scope depending on complexity.

All payments are due based on the invoicing terms stated in the proposal or service agreement. Work may be paused if payments are not received on time. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week delayed. All transactions are processed in PKR or USD (based on client location).

4.1 Budget-Based Pricing Policy

At OrionEdge Digital, we offer flexible, budget-based pricing to accommodate businesses of all sizes. However, to maintain transparency and clarity in expectations, please note the following:

• Service quality, custom features, and creative scope will be tailored according to the budget provided by the client.
• If the budget falls below industry-standard thresholds, OrionEdge Digital reserves the right to use pre-built premium templates, limit the scope of features, and deliver output that aligns with the budget.
• Clients will be informed before project start whether the budget permits full customization or requires a streamlined solution.
• We are committed to delivering the best possible outcome within your budget, but we encourage clients seeking premium work to invest accordingly.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All materials, designs, and content created by OrionEdge Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights of final deliverables are transferred to the client.
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless restricted by a signed NDA.

To ensure efficient project execution, clients must:

• Provide all necessary content, access, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to feedback requests, revision rounds, or communication from the OrionEdge Digital team.
• Delays caused by the client may affect deadlines and timelines.

• Most packages include 1–3 rounds of revisions (depending on the service and scope).
• Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional fees.
• Approval is deemed given if the client fails to respond within 7 days of delivery.

• A project can be canceled before work begins with a 100% refund.
• If work has started, only the remaining unworked hours or services will be refunded.
• Refunds are not applicable once the final delivery is made.
• Subscription-based services can be canceled with 14-day written notice.

All information shared during project collaboration remains confidential. We will not share, publish, or distribute your private data, credentials, or business insights without written consent.

OrionEdge Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Delays in service delivery due to third-party failures or force majeure.
• Data loss, revenue loss, or technical failures from client-hosted platforms.

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement at our discretion if:

• The client violates these Terms.
• There is abuse, harassment, or disrespect toward our team.

Any remaining fees for completed work up to the date of termination will still be due.

In case of disputes, we encourage informal resolution. If unresolved:

• Legal jurisdiction will be governed by the laws of Pakistan (or specified jurisdiction based on the contract).
• Both parties agree to arbitration before pursuing litigation.

OrionEdge Digital may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website notification when major changes occur.
